What apartments do I qualify for?

 

Westbrook Housing has communities serving seniors and families. Click on the options below that match your age, income and household size.

Seniors Age 62 and Older

Larrabee Village
At least 62 or older, your gross annual income is under $35,150 or $40,150 (for two) and want to pay 30% of your income in rent.

Larrabee Heights
At least 62 or older, need a two-bedroom apartment with attached garage, your gross annual income for two is under $64,240 and can pay $1195 a month (excludes utilities).  Additional homes are available allowing for income not to exceed $96,360 (for two persons).

Larrabee Woods/ Riverview Terrace

At least 62 or older or declared disabled, your gross annual income is under $35,150 for one person and under $40,150 for two people and want to pay 30% of your income in rent.

Ages 55 and Older

Spring Crossing | Presumpscot Commons | Mill Brook Estates
At least 55 and your gross annual income is under $42,780 or $48,900 (for two). Your rent with utilities included will be $764 to $1375.

Malcolm A. Noyes Apartments/ Dr. Arthur O. Berry Apartments
At least 55 and your gross annual income is under $42,180 or $48,180 (for two).  Income limits differ as some apartments are subsidized and rent is 30% of gross annual income and some apartments are not subsidized.  The rent for the unsubsidized apartments will be $941 – $1,129 a month for a one-bedroom apartment.  All apartments include utilities.

Families/Individuals

Golder Commons
Your family needs a two- or three-bedroom apartment and your annual income is at least $31,850.  Your rent with heat and hot water included will be between $1056 and $1464 depending upon family size and bedroom size.

783 & 789 Main Street
You are looking for a one- or two-bedroom apartment and can afford rent of $1,000 to $1,250 in rent which includes heat and hot water.
