Why does it cost so much to get apartment keys and fobs replaced?

At this inspection, you will be given instructions based on the condition of your apartment and an estimate of the cost to you for damages and/or items you are unable to complete. Your security deposit or a letter explaining how your security deposit was used will be sent to your last known address within 30 days of your move out date. Only floor model air conditioners are allowed. Air conditioners can be installed beginning on May 15th and need to be removed by Oct. 15th. Maintenance can install your air conditioner if you would like -there is an תשלום שנתי that includes the installation and the removal of the air conditioner.
