Property Manager

Westbrook Housing is seeking an energetic, positive, full time Property Manager to work with a varied portfolio of senior and family properties, including Low-Income Housing Tax Credit, Project Based Voucher, and Market-rate apartments. The candidate must support our mission to provide opportunities for affordable quality housing to assist individuals and families and to encourage independence within supportive communities.

The Property Manager will be responsible for leasing up a new building in a designated time frame and in compliance with all relevant regulations. A 4-year degree from University or College with a BA or BS in an appropriate discipline and/or 3-5+ aastane kogemus Kinnisvarahaldus eelistatakse. COS and current LIHTC certification a plus.
