Beboere skal købe mindst én times husførelse tjenester ad gangen. Each resident determines how many hours of service are needed and the service can be scheduled on a weekly or monthly basis.

Services at Larrabee Village include homemaking assistance, vaskeservice, trash pick up, grocery shopping, including delivery to the apartment, and meals. Breakfast and lunch are served every day in the dining room at Larrabee Village.

Uafhængig Boliger med serviceydelser program (IHSP): Westbrook Housing administrerer en IHSP tilskud gennem staten Maine. A Resident must medically and financially qualify for this program. Ekstra ydelser: Westbrook Housing has Resident Service Coordinators who are able to assit with referrals to home health agencies, lifeline support and connections to other resources.
