Cư dân phải mua ít nhất một giờ dịch vụ homemaking tại một thời điểm. Each resident determines how many hours of service are needed and the service can be scheduled on a weekly or monthly basis.

Services at Larrabee Village include homemaking assistance, laundry services, trash pick up, grocery shopping, including delivery to the apartment, and meals. Breakfast and lunch are served every day in the dining room at Larrabee Village.
