The apartments offer off-street parking, on-site laundry and professional on-call maintenance. One pet under 20 pounds is permitted. Rents range from $1,217-$1,461, all utilities included. Some of the apartments are subsidized with rent calculated at 30% of income. Westbrook Housing does not allow smoking in any of our buildings.
