If something breaks or needs repair, please notify us so we can make the repair as soon as possible.
- Call maintenance at 854-8202. The answering service will answer the phone 24/7.
- Complete the form below.
- Email the request to workorders@westbrookhousing.org.
If an emergency happens during the day, at night or during the weekend:
Call 854-8202 and the answering service will take your information and call the on-call Maintenance Technician who may call you back to get more information.
If it’s not an emergency, but it happens during the day or after business hours:
Call 854-8202 and the answering service will take your information and notify Maintenance of your work order. Please indicate if we can enter your unit if you are not home. Non-emergency work orders (repairs) can take up to 14 days to be completed.
Don’t wait to report a problem, call immediately!
Some maintenance problems can become far worse over time. A small leak can become a big one, and don’t assume that someone else will call in a burned-out hallway light or no hot water.
You must allow maintenance and other technicians in to fix a problem.
You are required to allow authorized vendors and maintenance staff in your unit to make needed repairs or to perform maintenance work. Have more questions about maintenance? Click here.
Work order requests are prioritized, based on severity. Severe issues are addressed within 1 to 5 business days. Routine issues can take up to 10 business days. We thank you for your patience.
