Market Rate Apartments
One and two bedroom market rate apartments with rents ranging from $1047-$1600 with some utilities included. You must be income eligible to qualify. Use this application for 783/789 Main, Larrabee Heights, and Millbrook Estates.
Subsidized Apartments
One-bedroom Project Based Voucher apartments. Low-income, elderly households pay 30% of their income for rent. You must be income eligible to qualify for Westbrook Housing’s subsidized apartments. Use this application for Dr. Arthur O. Berry Apartments at Larrabee Commons, Larrabee Village, Larrabee Woods, Lewis H. Emery Apartments, Riverview Terrace, and Robert L. Harnois.
Family Affordable Apartments
Golder Commons has two and three bedroom Tax Credit apartments for low-income households. You must be income eligible to qualify.
Housing Choice Vouchers
Income based rental assistance for low-income households. Use this application for the Housing Choice Voucher program (Section 8).
