Westbrook Housing offers homemaking services to help seniors and residents with disabilities in all of our communities.

Homemaking assistance includes light house cleaning (vacuuming, mopping, cleaning the bathroom, trash removal and dusting), Sèvis Lesiv, grocery shopping and meal prep. Residents must purchase at least one hour of homemaking services at a time. Each resident determines how many hours of service are needed and the service can be scheduled on a weekly or monthly basis.

Services at Larrabee Village include homemaking assistance, Sèvis Lesiv, trash pick up, grocery shopping, including delivery to the apartment, and meals. Breakfast and lunch are served every day in the dining room at Larrabee Village.

Independent Housing with Services program (IHSP): Westbrook Housing administers an IHSP grant through the State of Maine. A Resident must medically and financially qualify for this program. Additional services: Westbrook Housing has Resident Service Coordinators who are able to assit with referrals to home health agencies, lifeline support and connections to other resources.
