Teithiau Bws Tai Westbrook

Mae Westbrook Housing yn cynnig teithiau bws llawn hwyl bob mis i weithgareddau gan gynnwys perfformiadau theatr, bwytai, canolfannau siopa, a gweithgareddau awyr agored. Dyma bopeth sydd angen i chi ei wybod am deithiau bws.

Pwy all fynd?
Trigolion Pentref Larrabee, Woods Larrabee, Larrabee Heights, Riverview Terrace, Mill Brook Ystadau, Gall trigolion Preumpscot Commons a Spring Crossing a'u cynorthwywyr personol fynd ar y teithiau hyn. Mae'r bws yn cario yn unig 14 teithwyr. Gall perthnasau preswylwyr fynd os oes agoriad yn ôl disgresiwn y gyrrwr bws.

Sut ydw i'n cofrestru?

Bydd a 100% ad-daliad os bydd Westbrook Housing yn canslo'r daith, er enghraifft oherwydd y tywydd. Os ydych chi wedi cofrestru ar gyfer taith a pheidiwch â mynd, ni roddir ad-daliad.

Polisi canslo.
Os ydych chi'n cofrestru ar gyfer taith ac yn methu â mynd, you are responsible for finding a replacement. You can do this by reviewing the sign-up sheet to see if there is someone on the trip’s waitlist or if it’s a Westbrook Housing trip, rhaid i chi ffonio'r llinell daith yn 854-6767 to ask if there is anyone on the wait list.

When you sign up, you commit to pay.
When you sign up (by writing or through a verbal commitment to a Westbrook Housing staff member) you are agreeing to go on the outing and pay the cost. You must comply with the refund rules.

Drop-off times are unpredictable.
When trips are open to all Westbrook Housing residents, the pick-up and drop-off times at each community will vary. The trip organizer will call you and tell you pick-up times, but he/she cannot predict when you’ll be dropped off after the activity. If you have an appointment later in the day after a trip, remember we can’t guarantee when you’ll get home in time for your appointment.

Rules of the Road

Personal items must go in overhead storage.
The bus provides tight quarters for 14 people, so personal items must go in the overhead storage space. If they don’t fit there, you need to leave them at your community.

No pull/shopping carts are allowed.
They will have to remain at your community. Walkers are welcome.

There is no bathroom on the bus.
Keep that in mind before you board.

A minimum of six residents must sign up.
Otherwise, the trip is cancelled.

The bus waits for no man or woman.
You must be ready when the bus arrives at your community, and be on board when it’s time to leave the event. It’s not the driver’s job to track down residents who have signed up for the ride but are not ready at boarding time. If you miss the bus when the activity is over, you will have to find your own transportation home.

Respect everyone.
Residents are expected to treat community helpers, office staff drivers and other passengers with respect.

Don’t distract the driver.
The driver may actively engage in conversation with passengers, but residents must not be distracting.

Please do not ride the van if you are not feeling well.
Hefyd, complete the “ICE” line on your registration form so we know whom to contact “in case of emergency” = ICE.

If you require an aide, be sure to include that on your trip application so a seat is reserved for him/her. If you require an aide, ni chewch fynd ar y bws heb un. Os nad yw'r fan yn llawn, gall perthynas i breswylydd ymuno â'r daith gyda'r caniatâd y gyrrwr. Rhaid i bob marchog fod o leiaf oedran 18. Bydd perthnasau yn talu ffi ychydig yn uwch na phreswylwyr.

Rhaid i bob gyrrwr wisgo gwregys diogelwch. Gall y gyrrwr gynorthwyo gyda gwregysau diogelwch os oes angen.

Ysmygu, bwyta neu yfed yn cael ei wahardd.
Ni chaiff neb reidio'r fan os ydyn nhw dan ddylanwad cyffuriau neu alcohol. Bydd y gyrrwr yn gwneud y dyfarniad hwnnw.

Disruptive behavior is not be tolerated.
Riders cannot disturb the driver or other residents; nor physically or verbally threaten other riders or the driver. Riders may not damage or destroy any equipment on the van. Such behavior will result in loss of ridership privileges appropriate to the offense. Residents will have to cover the cost of any damage they cause.

There is a weight restriction on the lift of 500 bunnoedd.
All owners of electric wheelchairs must provide documentation of their wheelchair’s weight to the Activities Coordinator. Riders must disclose their weight so we can calculate an acceptable limit for admittance. No scooters are allowed on the van because they cannot be locked in place securely.

Westbrook Housing reserves the right to change the rules at anytime if there is a threat to the safety and well-being of the staff and residents participating in the outing.
